Don't know where this site gets these writers, but every other article needs a facts check for wrong information. Williams beat Martinez in the first fight by MD. Putting that aside, these two were real stars and true throwback fighters from a great era of fighters.

That KO by Martinez in the rematch is one of the most devastating KO’s ive ever seen. Looked like they were going to war again before Martinez ended it early.

Damn shame what happened to Pwil. Guy was willing yo go toe to toe with anyone. Floyd avoided him for good reason.

You're not wrong. Having clean, error-free copy is seemingly a lost art, which is to saying of the facts of a story. Supposedly professional writers.

What the heck is with Paul's fingers? Is that from being paralyzed?

                    Paul looks great!

Man, I get emotional looking at that figure.

That first fight is one of the very best of the era.

Williams and Martinez gave so much more to boxing than 99% of the superstars and champions we've seen since. God bless them both.
