    How hard is it to knock an opponent out with a jab ?

    I know it’s possible but how hard is it ?

    Depends on their chin and style. If you have a really good stiff jab with weight transfer, and they're a come forward fighter and you walk them into it and they're not expecting it, and they have a bad chin... I see it happen more from southpaws vs orthodox too. It's pretty rare to see a guy just get knocked out by a jab otherwise. Golovkin had perhaps the best power jab in boxing and stopped and dropped Kamil Szeremeta with a double jab, but he was ready to go at that point, having been dropped by everything. Usyk v Dubois was a mental issue, IMO.

      i think i remember hbo's selling point with kovalev was that he was knocking people down or out with his jab, probably down actually

        If the fighter is gassed or hurt, pretty easy
        Never seen a fresh fighter KTFO with a jab.
