Circumstances were not ideal? Shakur Stevenson became a free agent, left Arum and his team contacted Davis' team. Tank ignored him as if he didn't exist. What is this writer talking about?

He is neither a fraud or a hype job he can fight like fck and capable of beating anyone near his size in the world.

The problem is management and opponent selections, they want the easy high paying jobs, all fighters go through this same BS when they on top, the way I see Tank is he has only a handful of fights left so should fight the best opponents in the world at this stage of his career, haters are always using this stuff to hate on the fighter, I hate crap opponents as much as the next guy but its doesnt change the class of fighter that Tank is.

Circumstances? He had 4 months to make a fight with anyone he wanted, he could have chosen shakur , or zepeda, santos to namea few.

These top lightweights need to stop facing the Tevin's and Roach's of the world. Having said that, Loma should have never gone deep into negotiations with Davis and string Davis and his team along like that - so that is on Loma because Davis would have signed the Loma fight and a superfight would have been born. But there are other fighters better than Roach.
