What exactly is Haney's "image"? Is it that of an undefeated fighter, ala the next Floyd? Haney was going to lose at some point anyway. You can argue he lost a couple times already, definitly not cut from the same cloth as Floyd.

Its not about image, its about potential earnings thats the legal grounds that gets it through the court room door, the image comes later, you need to spend some time in a court room a judge is looking at things entirely different than fans in a forum, with Ryan there were so many linking shady goings on before the fight and the weighin that the Haneys feel they can mount a civil case on, to a judge the trace of Osterine found points to the fact it was there like a speck of ******* found in an empty container that just shipped from Columbia to LA, the circumstantial evidence is all admissible in civil cases and can greatly influence a verdict.

Ostarine isn't a muscle builder or a steroid. It is a SARM. It is used for helping to cut weight. It doesn't make a guy stronger, at best it helps with a weight cut. There have been warning for years that many supplements may contain Ostarine without it appearing on the label.

Garcia had a billionth of a gram in his body. This is consistent with taking it unknowingly. The drug test was not long before the fight. If Ostarine was being used to cut weight purposefully, it would have shown up in a much higher dose. It takes two weeks for it to clear the system. This is why the board concluded it was taken unknowingly. He was taking legal supplements that were tainted. There is science behind what is happening.

The average person has no clue about supplements. Ostarine does not create strength. It helps with a weight cut. There is nuance. But people hate Garcia, so they ignore all facts. You’re right, Ostarine is used to repair injuries primarily, not just weight cutting.. you literally have no clue what you even wrote a paragraph about. We’ve all seen what you’ve written before, and you’re not the biggest tool in the shed. I get the sentiment , but tis 2024 every top tier athlete is on something /peds it boils down to who gets caught and who does not(peds advancement will always be ahead of testing) . IMHO it does not matter Haney did not get beat like a red headed stepchild because of peds .......

in the end, if boxing is going to be taken seriously and become prominent as it used to or at least close to be, it needs to start testing all pro fighters year around. The U.S. (McCain and Reid) tried to pass a bill in the U.S. government to crrat a federal boxong commission to oversee ALL, which included drug testing and transparency amongst other things. You know who opposed it and threw hella money to oppose it, all of the belts orgs and state commissions.......that **** speaks volumes
