So it should not be that hard to prove, especially because this ostarine allegedly helps with cutting weight rapidly without losing significant muscle.

That is exactly what Ryan was struggling with, cutting weight without draining himself, hence not making the weight.

So what are the chances that he didn’t take it intentionally knowing for a fact that the benefits of that drug are exactly what he was struggling to achieve?

on a balance of probabilities, which is the standard for civil lawsuits, Ryan is guilty as hell.
As a fan of CLR Bruce Rivers I know this is a good take but regarding the "fraud" part, would the contract stipulations people are mentioning also be classed as admissible evidence in such a civil case?

Also, regarding the PED's, is it possible that the fact of boxers having big teams which contain people who are trusted to administer supplements etc could actually swing the Judge towards giving Garcia the benefit of the doubt (given that the lawsuit only names Garcia & GBP)?

I'm sure he really cares about Haney and believes in the lawsuit. Because he would get a nice chunk of the money.

Eddie Hearn makes other promoters look like Michael Landon from Highway to Heaven. Just a real P O S.
      RIP Michael Landon <3

There is only one thing certain about the law and thats the cost. Lawyers suck up cash and like demons, once you let them in, you cant get them out. These could be Eddys lawyers now that I think about it.

The same guy who let Whyte enter the ring against Rivas fully knowing he’d failed a drug test and then tried the exact same de****able act with Benn and Eubank Jr.

Welllll, its not a macho move in boxing by any means but if you look at it like a career sportsman having his career badly affected because of ( I don't know what exactly is their case it may be very strong) it can have multi-millions of dollars involved in lost earnings, its the world we live in where everybody has a right to mount a civil case against anyone if they feel they were wronged in any way that costs them large amounts of money, to say the drugs issue is debatable well that's what the court is for to debate it all.

Imagine Ryan knowing it was gonna cost him a fortune, his livelihood for a year and his fame from the outset.

The initial ban needs to be longer, at least two years then they know that their career is on the line

While I don't condone the use of PED's this makes Haney look like a bigger ***** than I previously thought. A civil case? Sure I guess. But battery? He should retire and join the WNBA

Our society is SO screwed up because of lawsuits. While cheating is illegal, Garcia is paying for that. Battery? You agreed to a fight!!! I'm not a fan of either but Garcia should counter sue for fraud. Haney pretending to be a fighter lol

Haney made a good purse fighting Garcia and they took the money for him coming overweight. There was no guarantee that even if Garcia came in clean to the fight that he was going to win. More a lawsuit of hurt feelings because all the crap they spoke than actual substance.

Ok let’s make a bet. I’ll bet you this lawsuit doesn’t go anywhere. Name the price .
