Always the same story. Bivol never gets any credit.

Bivol 10-2 in rounds or late stoppage.
Yeah it's true there will.be whining. People will blame Bivols wife for ****ing with his head in the lead up if he loses too. Its possible that is just some way to hype the fight though. Bivol and his wife seemed pretty tight before, could be a ruse.

Gonna be a great fight anyway.

Bivol gets finished around 9th. He doesn't have what it takes to keep Beterbiev off of him for 12 rounds.

bivol is old. beterbiev is ancient and his body is breaking apart. he was injured almost every year in the last 10 years. it's still better for this fight to happen now than never. let's appreciate it! the winner is a hall of famer and top10 light heavyweight ever.

My answer would be all of the above. However, I don't see that ever happening. Artur Beterbiev is just too strong and I can easily see him walking Bivol down behind his jab.

Bivol won't win this fight by fighting off the back foot. If he is going to stand any chance of winning this fight. Then he is going to have to find a way to back Beterbiev up. He is simply going to have to take some risks.

Maybe not, but he's just finished his cycle, so that helps.

The guy has postponed his last 3 fights through "injury"...and had an "atypical finding" in his last drug test for his last fight.

                He's very suspect.

Bivol is an in & out boxer

he juggles between the front foot when in and the back foot when out

he doesn’t go full blown back foot

Bet has was reset by combos from Callum Smith who’s nowhere near as good as Biv

What does Beterbiev do AFTER this fight

I think Beter will have 3 good fights after which would invalidate the he old doe excuse

Bivol doesn't necessarily fight off the back foot anyway. He has a very skilled in and out style, statistically the most accurate fighter and also best defence.

You're not walking Bivol down without eating accurate combinations. It doesn't matter too much that he's not a huge puncher, he's got enough power to deter anyone with his accurate combinations. Walking through him is very difficult due to that and his judgement of distant. Very accurate punching is a bigger deterrent than power a lot of the time. That's guys like Floyd could cut a fighters work rate in half and make them unwilling to try to walk through him.

Don't be surprised when Beterbiev can't just bully him like he has with others. Beterbiev is gonna have to work extremely hard to get success.

If there's any style to make you look 40, it's someome like Bivol.

On the flip side,Beterbiev is a much better boxer than he's given credit for.

                      It's a fascinating fight.
