I'm not rooting for neither..I just feel that Williams hasn't been tested and is slightly overrated..

He also should definitely be ahead of Cotto on P4P lists even if Cotto beats Pacquiao. Beating Pavlik while moving up in weight > Beating a smaller guy in Pacquiao. Of course the win over Pavlik would have to happen for that to be warranted.

Pavlik has been in with fighters like Williams while Williams is about to experience something new.
Williams will lose and come back down in weight looking for the little guys.
