I like Regis, he is a thoughtful & intelligent man & a was an exceptional fighter. Can he still do it at 35? Not sure, he didn't look good v Haney at all.

It's up to Regis to prove us wrong, but against Haney he looked like Holyfield vs Victor Belfort in an exhibition.

He lost all 12 rounds to pillow hands Haney, but we're supposed to believe Prograis isn't shot? I remember when he and Josh Taylor were running their mouths about moving up to take on Bud 5 years ago. Here it is 2024 and neither Prograis nor Taylor has even fought once at 147. Regis, like Taylor, is a guy who has been wildly-overrated for awhile.

Catterall should have no problems making him look silly for 12 rounds en route to a wide UD. If Catterall is still fighting non-title fights in 2025, he gets the side-eye.

He looked bad against Pillow Hands Haney. Real bad. Didn't look so hot against Zorillo either. Catterall by very wide UD.

He looked awful in his last three fights. He needs to turn that around quick

I was always a big Prograis guy but he does look finished. I hope that he has one last big night in him against Catterall. The bulb burns brightest before it burns out!
