News flash, every promoter does that.

The only time they don’t is when they have the larger stable of fighters and need the other promoters to make big fights. Then, they switch up their tune and act like everyone else is the devil

The point here is that nothing was stopping Ennis from signing a deal with PBC.

He intentionally avoided signing to PBC despite knowing that most of the top welters are with PBC.

He did the opposite of what would get him the fights he wanted and then went and cried wolf

Who did Showtime have that wasn’t a PBC fighter?

Also stop lying PBC didn’t only have Spence and Barrios.

They had Stanionis and Butaev too.

They had Yordenis Ugas and Keith Thurman and they even signed Crawford on a two fight deal.

PBC had 3 of the belts with Spence collecting them.

Ennis absolutely needed PBC.

if he had been with PBC.

PBC would have made sure he got all of those fights

They either would have made sure he got Spence before Crawford did or made sure he was gauranteed to get the winner of that fight.

He would have also gotten to fight Stanionis, Butaev, Barrios, Thurman and Ugas.

Ennis has only himself to blame.

Even a super star like Crawford had to sign a two fight deal with PBC to get the fight he wanted.

Canelo, thee super star, had to sign a three fight deal with PBC to get the Charlo fights.

Devin Haney, another super star, had to leave matchroom and sign a three fight deal with Top Rank to get the belts and the Loma fight he wanted.

How is Ennis, who isn’t even a star, exempted from doing what fighters who achieved much more than him had to do?
