I don't know if I agree with your assessment since "formal education" in the US the standard curriculum through high school is 12 years of "formal education" and Boots did graduate from Walter B Saul high school in Roxborough, PA in 2014. That's my problem with Boots. I'm a BIG fan of his, and have been for years! However, if he couldn't get Barrios and Stanionis, while on SHO, how does signing with Eddie Hearn get him unification fights @ 147??? Maybe Eddie told him Turki would make him a star?
