Even when he dropped the 168 belt the second time, the WBC immediately offered him a top spot at 175 but he refused. And that's your victim lol?

To summarize, Benavidez rejected fighting for Plant's IBF title, dismissed Smith for the WBA and Ring belts, dumped his own WBC belt twice, and rejected a WBC 175 title shot. That's 6 title opportunities he discarded plus refused to activate on his end.
Stating literal facts is not grasping at straws. Canelo didn’t deserve his rankings nor his title shot. The wbc used their power to appeal to the idiot fan base that was desperate for a star and gullible morons like yourself bought in and continue to be oblivious to your idiocy.

Your entire second paragraph is what’s grasping at straws. Weak and inaccurate info. Damn I miss when fans of Mexican boxing were legit boxing fans. Now it’s a group of pathetic excuse makers who try to justify ducking, failed ped tests, and corrupt scorecards. All things canelo is guilty of.

ever since berlanga stepped up a bit he has a very low KO% even against lower level guys & he thinks he will KO canelo in 6 lol

just be thankful u didnt have to actually fight anyone decent in the division before getting the canelo fight

Now they are mentioning David Morrell. Why? Because he didn't look great in his last fight.

If it comes down to the winner of Beterbiev vs Bivol, he’s gonna get hurt by 1. I think he has a better chance against Bivols Style. More boxing. I think Bivol and Beterbiev are in a 50/50 fight. I just don’t know, Beterbiev gets in those body and overhand shots. David better have a chin! Bivol would just play to a level slightly higher than Benny for a UD.

Go in the ring after one of Canelo’s fights and demand it. Remind people of all of his b.s. excuses( "I don’t fight Mexicans!,” etc.) Embarrass him until he has no choice but to agree to the fight.
Lol I wish that too but it seems Benny gets too star- strucked in presence of Canelo. He could've even got in the ring on the last mungia fight but he just stood there frozen staring at Canelo like a fanboy from his seat.

He didn't deserve a title shot? He was the top ranked challenger and beat the other top ranked challenger then unified with the other top champ in the division. If you're trying to feign outrage over that, your head should be ready to explode from David refusing to handle any business despite repeatedly given opportunities. Dude sat backed as the smaller fighter Canelo took all the fights he wanted no part of, then wouldn't even activate.

Of course he didn’t deserve that shot. He was 20 yrs old and his biggest wins at that point were against a C level lightweight, a gatekeeper junior welterweight and a near 40 yr old washed up welterweight. How in the fk should that get you a title shot for a 154 pound title? And then the actual title shot was against a welterweight who wasn’t even ranked as a top 10 welterweight in the WBC. Plus, it was a catch weight fight and Canelo missed the weight. It was a joke.
