I agree with the bolded, I'm not sure about the 3 years though. If he is seriously considering fighting McGregor anytime soon, I'd say that at that point it would put an end to him fighting at an elite level...

It still irks me that G and others were robbed. I think Canelo should have at least 2 more losses on his record. But putting that aside, I do respect him as a fighter and person. I get the sense that Canelo is a real fighter. He's cut from a different cloth. He's set financially but yet he continues to fight after 60 plus fights. He's 34 and still wants to fight for another 3-4 years. I respect that. I also think it's cool to see him as a veteran now defending his place in boxing. I hope we get the Benavidez fight. Canelo has the opportunity to give us a classic and show fans that he truly has that Mexican spirit. Man, I'm salivating for that fight lol

real fighters fight real opponents so hes definitely not a real fighter. rich greedy people never say "im set" they always want more even though there is no difference between 200 and 300 million its absurd

Well take a look at this.... A mature and reasonable post about a fighter that you might not necessarily be a fan of or like. Good on you for not perpetuating the disrespect of professional fighters that are the body of the sport we love and watch...

The current state of Meldrick Taylor and Terry Norris is saddening to me, thus my choice to respect all fighters who take punches to the face for a living and my entertainment.

              Cheers to you bro.....
