If it is @140 for the WBA belt with no extra weight stipulations, that will make this arguably Tank's best fight if he wins and actually be a legit belt at 140 that he finally gets. It might also lucky for Hiraoka because I don't see Tank staying at 140 and he may get an easier opponent for when Tank vacates to go back to 135 afterward.

If it is @135 for Tank's WBA belt only, it will be a a cash grab by Rayo where he starves himself for Tank pay while Tank gets an asteriks win against at active beltholder.

If it is at 135 with both belts on the line it is an even more pathetic.
