  • How much does Brian Norman deserve vs Barrios or Stanionis fight on a PBC card?

What do you think? What's your estimate?

Do you see Norman getting offered $2 million?

It's not my money, so I couldn't care less.

It's simple arithmetic. If fans say $1.7 million is a lowball or not enough for someone like Norman, then at least $2 - $3 mil make sense. No reason why PBC won't go for another title for their 2 guys. Norman is not even under Arum's protective custody. He's with Main Events. Should be a pretty smooth deal.

I think $750k is more than fair.

He has a belt but doesn't draw a crowd. So most of his worth is dictated by how much somebody wants his belt. Hearn offered a high amount because Ennis wanted a way out of the pointless Karen rematch. But the 2 PBC fighters don't have that issue, and even if they did they could face each other. So PBC aren't likely to offer Norman anywhere near as much.

Teo will probably move up before long. My guess is TR told Norman that if he turned down Hearn's offer, they'd give him a similar payday vs Teo.

Teo already dismissed that fight. He wants no piece of Norman. TR would have to spend large sums of money just for Teo alone.

Hearn/Ennis already dictated their price. $1.7 million. Take it or leave it. That's how much they want the belt. What now? What would you do if you were in Norman's shoes?

If he can get 1.5 or more to face Teo, that's the smart move. Teo is smaller and likely easier. If not then he should've accepted the Ennis fight imo.

Ennis would be a big favourite. But he can be hit, and Norman can punch. So it's not an unwinnable fight. Plus I expect after the fight Ennis will vacate and move up to 154 to chase bigger names. So Norman could end up fighting for a vacant belt soon afterwards even if he loses.

                $1.5 million? So $1.7 mil + $1.5 mil = $3.2 million?
Is that how deep you believe TR's pocket is for a fight like this with a guy like Teo whom ESPN provides dates to on Thursdays? The guy is not even a PPV star. And how much do you think Teo would want for this fight? $ 5 million? Teo would rather get beat by someone like Crawford, which is the type of fights he's been calling out.

2 to 3 million? Pbc pay guys 1.5 million guaranteed maximum. Nobody at pbc get a guaranteed 3 million except tank davis. Just look at the guarantees for pbc guys in the last 3 years

PBC ain't doing no unifications with people from outside the stable right now unless turki putting up the money.

PBC is trying to survive right now and they can't afford to make unifications with other fighters from other networks until they get a definite layout of Amazon non ppv model
