Jack Massey has learned to never switch off his phone. In the winter of 2022, the former IBO cruiserweight champion was inactive and avoided. He was working up a scaffold when his manager, Kevin Maree, called offering him a fight with Joseph Parker at heavyweight. Despite being in between trainers, Massey leapt at the opportunity and put in a solid display, dragging the former WBO heavyweight champion the 10-round distance and losing a competitive decision.

Jack is a tough and durable guy, lasted the full distance against Riakporhe (very close fight) and HW Joseph Parker. He's showen he can make fights physical affairs and has some skills as well. I don't think this will be a walk in the park for Opetaia.

Agreed, from what I've seen Jack is tough, durable and basic. The difference between Parker & Riakpore and Jai Opetaia is that Jai is a lot faster and a lot more vicious. I'm expecting a late round stoppage for Opetaia, perhaps it may go the distance. What I do know is the 12 rounds Jai did in May against Bredis were a lot tougher and harder than the 12 rounds Massey did against Chamberland, and that should serve Jai well in this fight.

Massey is actually good preparation for CBS.

If Opetaia doesn't respect what Massey is throwing at him from the get go, he'll walk through him and end his night early.

Breidis had the goods to keep Jai honest and at bay. Don't know that Massey has the tools or skillset to trouble Opetaia too much.

CBS holding his strap to ransom quacks volumes of how much he's packing his undies at the thought of Jai splattering him.

          Leshkau Jai...cheeeehoooo!!!
