Agreed. This fight looks like a beatdown with Berlanga getting stopped within 8.

That means he is out here getting busy smart ass. When he retires he would have accomplished more than your favorite fighter. You have to respect him.

Breadman is heavily invested in Boots because he feels like he discovered him (or something of that nature) which makes him very emotional and therefore irrational to the point where he is comparing him to Roy Jones. I remember a few years ago, when nobody knew about Boots, Breadman was singing his praises to the point where some of the forum members started comparing him with the actual great / accomplished fighters and imagining outcomes of hypothetical fights. I remember reading the posts and thinking "who the hell is this guy that nobody knows about and hasn't beaten anyone". Anyway the story continued and quite often we start talking about Boots being an all time great, winning undisputed titles in multiple weight divisions - and yet, for all his talent and natural ability he has never fought a champion, any champion, even a mediocre, email champion.

Let's not give him knighthood until he actually proves himself in the ring against worthy adversaries.

I don't know, man, I think Bivol has got to be heavily favored against a 40 year old Beterbiev coming off of a big injury.

I could easily see Bivol outboxing a diminished Beterbiev in a pretty uneventful fight.

Holding up the sport? Why because he fights a whopping 2 times a year against opponents that no one really cares to watch him fight? He’s actually failed the sport in multiple ways. An entitled proven cheater, who benefits from corruption from both judges and title organizations, who avoids the real threats that he should be fighting, who demands more money thatn he deserves to only generate around half a mil ppv buys or less. Canelo and his fans are a cancer to boxing and are a reason why real fights don’t get made.

But that ain't gonna happen Buddy
                      Probably not.
Once, though, long ago, Mike Tyson was brutally KOd by Buster Douglas.
It wasn't supposed to happen. But it did.
One could even argue that Tyson-Douglas was seen as more of a mismatch than Canelo-Berlanga.
But then reality overcame the conventional wisdom at the Tokyo Dome when Iron Mike was on all fours groping for his mouthpiece while the ref counted him out.
I watched it live on HBO in disbelief because it wasn't supposed to happen. But it did.
So yeah, Canelo will probably win.
Just saying shee-it happens. I have no investment in either Canelo or Berlanga, but I would love to see the improbable happen again, if only for the fun of seeing the smarties run around like chickens with their heads cut off.
