Trying to be Undisputed in three weight classes makes a lot more sense for Crawford than moving up two more weight classes and getting knocked out by Canelo. Three Undisputed titles will stay in the record books for a long , long time, if he achieves it.

People really love to hate on champs unifying with other champions when it doesn't fit their ****** narrative.

Ortiz is WBC interim, and thus mandatory for Fundora, not Crawford. So Fundora might not even be able to fight Spence for the WBC belt because Ortiz is ranked above Spence. And he's not ducking Ortiz by fighting the unified champion ranked above Ortiz. The top contenders for Bud's WBA belt are Abass Barou and Erickson Lubin.
