Here is an idea - if there is not enough money in the pot to satisfy both guys for a relatively low profile fight (for a general public), maybe Boots should consider taking a pay cut for a fight or two to build his name up. He is not fighting anyone of note (certainly not top 5 guys) but at the same time crying poor that nobody wants to fight him. He is making these plans to win titles in multiple weight divisions but has never even fought a single champion for a title. He is talented and believes that he is the best. Easy solution - take short money in a couple of fights, unify your division, build your name up and then the big fights and big money will follow. If you believe in yourself, invest in your own future. No point blaming everybody else.

There's never been this kind of coverage when Ennis was still with Showtime and PBC mysterious island. He was dormant for months to a year, yet no one had a clue what's going on. And PBC got plenty of names for him in the stable, Stanionis, Barrios, Butaev, Kavaliauskas, Josesito Lopez, Crowley, Avanesyan should have been made early.

It def is, but the Boots haters will have a field day with it if it gets made. The horror!
Not even a $10 million payday was to emanate for Boots.
At this point, Boots has only one path ahead of him - unify the division. Exactly the way Bud did at 140 and 147. If it’s good for Bud, it’s gotta be good for Boots.
Now, wait for it ,…

for example. Rocky Fielding isn't on the same level as canelo. Two hands or not.
GGG was also knocking everything out and once he stepped up the comp. The knockouts went away. Levels matter.
Boxing has levels and boots has yet to fight somebody who has been on the championship level. That's just a simple fact.
