Feel like Picasso has pretty good timing and is physically big at 122, which allows him to capitalize on his counter punching skills and allows him withstand more punishment than normal. But his defense is quite subpar, he only actively slips punches after he gets hurt, even Venado shows more precaution, is only a matter of time until he gets clipped by a heavy handed top fighter.
He might get a belt if he avoids Naoya Inoue, but even then I feel like it be temporary if the landscape of 122 changes with the likes of Nakatani moving up or if he moved up at 126 against a Angelo Leo, Nick Ball, Robeisy Ramirez or Rafael Espinoza. Can't deny he is a fun fighter however.
