Bivol Beterbiev Most Skilled Fight In 2024

Bivol master outboxer who can do it all defensively. Top compubox stats since Floyd

Beterbiev master inside fighter who can fight at all ranges. Best wrestling tactics in boxing today

    honorable mentions

TBud-Madrimov. Israil extensive amateur experience translated well into this fight. I think apart of him winning 5 rounds and being competitive until the end came down having a favorable style matchup

Pray for Part 2. TBud has a wide skill set

Usyk Fury Part 2. We will finally see a fully motivated Tyson who isn’t ucking around. Tyson is a versatile giant. It takes skill to beat up bigger guys at heavyweight the way Usyk has

It is the biggest fight in 2024 if it happens. I hope it does.

Bivol has mentioned that Beter has a very good jab

Biv is a master of the parry jab counter, catch & shoot

Beter fires a shot gun jab

easy fight for Biv if he quickly neutralizes Beter jab

Beter will struggle to get into his best range without it and be picked apart

Fury-Usyk was one of the best wins in HW history, imo.

Bivol-Beterbiev is a great match-up, but it is dangerously at the “could’ve been” territory due to the question marks surrounding Beterbiev’s age and injury history. How close to 100% is Beterbiev?

I think there’s no way Beterbiev is anywhere near what he was 5 years ago, or even 2-3 years ago. The fight has an asterisk next to it, and that’s not Bivol’s fault.

I hope Beter does not show up with a shot knee like Sergio did VS Cotto

Beterbiev didn't look old in his last fight.

I don't care about excuses when Bivol beats him.

Beter trainer Ramsay is currently 0-1 Bivol

                He also trained Jean Pascal

I am no expert but just a lifelong fan of the sport.in my opinion the thing that makes Bivol so special is his ability to command distance and timing. He is able to place himself at the proper distance to either hit or avoid being hit at the correct times. Bivol has good feet to maximize this ability.

Can Beterbiev (who is also very good at assessing distance) use his jab to neutralize Bivol's command of distance? If so, I think he can use his strength and power to put Bivol under duress.

I like and respect both fighters and don't really know what will happen but I look forward to it.
