Just out of interest who in your opinion has a better resume than Crawford? Which active fighter at 140 or 147 has achieved more than him? Given that you are rubbishing an all time great fighter who has cleaned out two divisions, your standards are obviously very high. So who measures up to your standards?

      Super random thought...

      Crawford vs Andrade (160)
      Crawford vs Plant (168)

      Then Crawford vs Canelo (168)

      ?

I think that is the point he is making.. There is no one they all sucked and Crawford's best wins were against Spence leftovers and whatever was left of Spence after a car accident and eye surgery... Unfortunately, There was no other proven generational talent at 140 and 147 when he conquered them. His grab at 147, to no fault of his own ended up being too easy since Spence was just a shell after all the crap he went through. Fat is, Spence did all the work to get three belts and Crawford was able to scoop them with little to no resistance..

Because Andrade has an exciting style and is a much easier way to ease into 160. You disrespect my boxing knowledge, because of an idea I had? Why can't you disagree, in a sophisticated manner, rather than hurl insults?

Not saying Crawford isn't good. He clearly has generational telant. He just hasn't had the opportunity to share a division with another generational talent or even another multi division elite champ. The closest to an elite fighter was supposed to be Spence but he got faded before the fight even took place, unfortunately. But even then Spence is great but was never an elite generational talant. He was just a really good straight up and down fighter. No special twitch countering or special tricks.

If I was Crawford I wouldn’t take the fight because it’s pointless at this stage of his career. What does Ortiz bring to the table that Bud doesn’t already has?

If it was a title unification bout then I could understand it However, challenging Vergil Ortiz at this point does absolutely nothing for Terence’s legacy.

Alalshikh must realize that Crawford career is coming to an end. He is an older fighter now who is past his prime and only have maybe two or three good fights left him.

They shouldn’t be wasted on a fighter with nothing to lose but with every thing to gain. Bud’s asking price should be at a minimum of $30 Mil to take on a Vergil Ortiz.

At the end of the day canelo is still the face of boxing. And the turk better understand that. He thought he would make canelo bow down but canelo laughed in his face like the wannabe dictator that he is. Better take out that check book and give canelo what he wants turkey boy.
                      How much is that then?
