        Found it. This dude:

Missed by two months was November 1999 Derrick Jefferson brutal KO left hook of Maurice Harris. One of the most brutal I’ve seen in an exciting bell to bell fight

                  9, Quality
8, Meh. However, no one gets KTFO like Khan
7, Dramatic but, meh. Exhaustion played a big part.
6, A thing of beauty. Like hanging laundry out to dry
5, Aw Hell yeah ! Nothing like a face plant
4, Meh. He got up. The sleeping pill was decent, though
3, Meh. He got up, too. Clean shot, though.
                  2, Righteous retribution !

                    Ebbs and flows
A couple of KDs that were more off balance
                    And 1 that wasn't scored
                    That fight ender was sick

Should def be on this list.

Recency bias probably- but tbh I think AJ vs Ngannou could end up being remembered as a pretty iconic KO for a long time
