I like Tim Tszyu (but I am Australian so I am biased). I liked his father Kostya even better and met him a few times at his gym in Sydney years ago when Tim was just a young boy. I believe that Tim will be competitive against everyone in the division and will win some and loose some fights. I know he will beat Fundora if they ever rematch, but with everyone else of note it is a coin toss. Except for Bud Crawford. I think Tim is not ready for Bud and needs to fight Ortiz, Fundora, Bohachuk, Madrimov first to earn his stripes and improve his skills.

I don't know how he fell out with Turki but I think his desire "to be his own man" has something to do with this. He often described his famous father as a very strict dictator and once he grew up, I believe he rebelled against Kostya and di not want to be in his shadow. He keeps saying that he wants to earn everything himself and not trade on his father's name. This stubbornness and wanting to be his own man might have something to do with a clash with Turki as Tim is probably rebelling against another authority figure. Needless to say Turki does not like that.

Tim Tszyu just lost to Praying Mantis in March. On top of that, when Crawford enforced his WBO status and was hot on his trail, Timmy started talking about possibly facing Spence. Timmy seemed genuinely spooked when Bud arrived in the division. Like Charlo, it's clear that Little Timmy wants no parts of Crawford. 154 is a very good division, but it has no certified king right now, certainly not Little Timmy.

Exactly right. Tim isn't ready for Bud and he knows it.

All of the "**** Turki because he wants to make fights" and "never dance to the beat of another man's drum" stuff is absolutely a belly laugh. Tim will work with Turki when he is ready. Canelo will never fight Benavidez, Beterbiev or any other guy that he knows he loses against, and Turki isn't interested in seeing Canelo fight a gimme. Canelo MIGHT agree to Crawford, but even that is a high risk for Saul because if Bud outboxes him.....and he could....it looks bad on him. But he might do it for the right paycheck.

All these fighters should stop dancing to the drum of these promoters apparently. NEVER fight the best fighters for the biggest paycheck. Only fight guys you know you can beat. Lol. Some of these fans are beyond hilarious.

Turki is exposing fighters and fans. The dude is shining a major light on those who don't want to see the best fights, but really just want to see guys they are biased about not lose. It is great to see.

Did you watch the slow-motion reply? If you did you have been biased with your comment. Tim came in with his head straight for Fundora's body and he hit the elbow, not the other way around. If it wasn't for that elbow, we might have had another controversy at hand, like how can you knock out someone to the body with your head.

Fair and square definitely doesn't involve cutting someone's forehead with an accidental elbow lol.

Nothing wrong with trying to be independent of the Saudi oil money.

So he cheated to win? Cmon man. It’s boxing. Things like that happen. It was a fair victory. Was there in fight extenuating circumstances? Definitely. I’d lean tsyzu to win the rematch but to say fundora won anything but fair and square is just asinine.
