I mean that his #1 spot is tenuous. With Crawford abdicating the throne, there are several titlists vying for it: Barrios, Ennis, Norman, Stanionis. The last man standing has the best argument to be #1. People are complaining that WW is weak, but we have no way to gauge its quality if the notable match-ups aren't happening.

His lack of self awareness is stunning, he has NOT looked like a PFP talent in what? 3 years? He is jealous, Ennis got a big deal, Crawford got a massive deal, Tank is getting PAID, and Shakur is about to eat too, and none of them need Lopez to get paid. He also needs to stop insulting his benefactors, they can just put him on the shelf at any time. The way to get paid, and move up in the sport of boxing, is to take title fights when they are presented to you no matter what day of the week it is. This guy is a fake star, that's how I view him at this point.

If Teo wants hard fights, let him take hard fights. Don't know why b_tches complaining about him targeting tough opponents. He already beat Loma and outclass Taylor. He does better with high level fighters and poor against low level opponents.

Teo says he wants Ennis knowing Bob will not make that fight. Instead he will fight another no name either at 140 or 147, all while avoiding the Sandor Martin rematch.

Same Ennis, another no name for him next.

Not so sure. He may fight Stanionis.

The Crawford fight is more doable now as well.

But you know Bob isn’t going to move Teo up to 147 for Ennis, especially after the miserable Clagget performance.

Nah. Teo is not in Bob's protective custody, if that's what you're saying. Their relationship is not long-term as Lopez has threatened to leave multiple times. Bob knows he could leave at any moment's notice. Why would anyone have any long-term relationship with such clown. How do you even go about making the Ennis fight who is with Hearn?

Top Rank and ESPN probably want to see him lose in front of their eyes. He's not even making huge ratings. Lopez thinks he's essential. Like he said he's even fighting on Thursdays. ESPN would survive without such insignificant schmo. They will leave boxing eventually.

It's difficult to predict what TR is gonna do, now that they're supposedly involved with Turki. It's clear they wanted to make Teofimo vs. Norman for September, but Teo is coming up with this venue excuse. Would TR be interested in making Ennis/Norman? That's a really good match-up. But if Norman loses, there goes the 147lb title. At least Teo/Norman is an in-house matchup, so TR is covered.
