Who ya got: Bud vs Ortiz at 54?

Personally I believe that both had close fights at 154 their last time out. I felt that Bud did win a very, very, tough fight by a round or two.
on the other hand, I feel Vergil lost this fight tonight against the Ukrainian Monster, Bohacheck.
We have His Excellency offering to put up for the potential fight between them.
Sounds like it could definitely happen.
Real question; who do you think will win and why?
    Let’s discuss the topic.

If you have an agenda due to race or ethnicity, just stay out of the discussion please.

mexicans have been surpassed by the eastern euros in the sport of boxing.

how ortiz does has absolutely 0 to do with how Madrimov did. Ortiz would get his ears boxed off. Ortiz has 0 defense and he has slow feet.

Crawford clearly if the fight happens before the end of 2024, not even competitive at this point imo, Ortiz way too easy to hit at this stage

Z, I completely agree! Ortiz looks like he loses steam down the back side of 7 rounds on, where Bud is just getting that killer rhythm going.

Bud by UD or a KO in under 10. Bud throws angle shots and short shots you don’t see coming. That and D is where he gets Ortiz in my humble opinion!

That would be very nice. Do you feel like Bohachek lost?

I think Bud is too precise of a sharpshooter, Vergils punches can be to wide and those gaps are perfect for TC.

Ortiz loads up on every shot like Canelo does, he hits damn hard but he doesn't really change the pace, so you can get used to the power after a while, plus it saps a lot of energy putting that much torque in all your punches. He's got a lot of talent and can really hit, I do love what he brings on offense, but he's nowhere near ready for a fighter as intelligent and fundamentally sound as Crawford. In a perfect world, that fight would be 18 to 24 months down the line for Ortiz, but Crawford is probably not around or not interested by that time, so there's a good chance the fight never happens. Ortiz definitely needs to focus on different fights to continue his development.
