How’s about Turki keeps treading and let the pieces fall where they may
Making the shows shorter and fights happening faster in between fights is the problem to fix
Also we can do without the concerts
I’m hoping this was just for his initial coming out party
"it’s conceivable boxing will put its fans through pay-per-view fatigue." That's pure comedy, there. When I was younger, I had friends that were into boxing. Nowadays, I don't know anybody who follows boxing.
We already know what we get from Canelo cards: A main event against an opponent with little realistic chance of beating him, undercard fights that are relatively poor because almost all of the money has to go to pay Canelo’s excessive purse, an arena full of Canelo fanboys/suckers who gladly allow themselves to be milked just to be under the same room as their hero and ever-decreasing PPV buys.
And these idiots are complaining about Turki giving them TOO MANY good fights and entertainment in a single night?
Good grief. Some of these simple-minded fans and pundits are beyond hope.
I loved the quality of fights, but they really need to work on keeping the show moving. I don't want to see a car giveaway. I don't want to see any buttt kissing ceremonies. I don't need to see a musical act. It's like they are trying to do too much. Anything more than 15 minutes between fights is excessive.
