Historically bud is one of the most boring knock out punchers there are...his only exciting matches were old Porter and spence

No, it wasn’t boring at all, it was a great fight to me tbh. It’s just that Bud just came off the Spence performance and people expected more especially against a cherry picked fighter

Yeah, that's a high-level chess match where guys are PATIENT and not just throwing bombs for the sake of it.

They were switching levels & looking for openings, while denying the other guy openings.

I thought both guys showed too much respect for the other and neither really took the initiative or any risks.
Bit of a staring contest really.

I get what your saying but that level of punches does make it boring
The guy feinting for three quarters of the round and not throwing does make it very boring
Anyway , even in those rounds , I saw Bud throw the more significant punch ( notice I say punch , not plural because you’d have to clearly say one or two punches won him the round ) and again as I stated , very very boring indeed

If you don't care for the "sweet science", I can see that.

I, however, was riveted because I knew these guys were 1 mistake from being floored at literally all times during the fight
