he was at his all time high coming off his best performance against his best opponent Errol

immediately after he’s in the toughest fight of his career

sometimes the opponent has the right style and is a good fighter himself

For money - Canelo (nothing else will sell as well - although with Turki's purse strings it's irrelevant if it sells well - so an Ennis fight could be good financially)
For legacy - Canelo, assuming he wins or even if he loses a competitive decision. OR a belt at MW and SMW - can fight Lara at 160 and Shishin at 168
For fans - Ennis - this has the most intrigue for me and I thin many others.

** Note - although undisputed at 154 would be great for legacy and pocket, I don't thin he can do it - he'd lose one, maybe 2 fights and by the time a 4th belt is available he'd probably be close to 39 yrs old in 2026

154lb Undisputed. It's the most obvious play. Boxing should be able to produce Undisputed by the end of next year.

It's weird to say, but after the Madrimov performance, I'm not looking forward to him against nearly anyone at this point, lol.

Perhaps give Spence Jr. a rematch at 154lbs? See if the additional weight makes ANY difference? Probably not, but it would be against a named opponent that still has a fanbase and whether he takes another beating or can give it back, he makes for an exciting matchup win or lose.

If not, maybe just ride into the sunset with your faculties intact. I think his Spence win was his magnum opus performance of his career and it will be hard to top that as he gets older.

He was hurting GGG to the body, but stopped going there for obvious reasons. Bud loves to fight in the southpaw stance. The punch most southpaws are susceptible to is the straight right. Bud is about to turn 37 years old. He needs to have a few fights at 154 and call it a day before he gets stretched. 168 should not be an option. He can't even beat Janibeck at 160

Janibek is another one of those unorthodox awkward Central Asian style with an extensive amateur background. I think TBud struggles with him too
