I agree and at the same time Turki definitely has the deep pockets in order to make that fight happen. Unless of course if Canelo really wants the fight.

However, if he continues to persist on over pricing himself by making unreasonable demands like $250mil. Then no us boxing would never get the Canelo vs Benavidez fight.

Canelo is still other fighter's golden ticket. Canelo is giving EB and Munguia a payday that Turkii would have never done, amongst others. Sure those aren't the biggest fights he can make, but this helps other boxers get paid as well as the promoters and everyone else involved. Canelo is fkn putting food on the table for sport.

If Turkii really respects the sport, he needs to respect Canelo, but instead Turkii is acting like a spoiled child who thinks he can make anyone do what he want for money.

I think Crawford will still want the Canelo fight. Yes for money, but also to attempt to push his legacy to the stratosphere. Crawford vs anyone won't come close to the type of money he can get fighting Canelo. Sure Turkii can continue to pay Crawford 2.5m to fight non-legendry fighters but he's done that his whole career for 1m a pop at espn... Turkii isn't really giving him much more. Crawford doesn't have any other options that would net him as big a payday as Canelo.

Honestly Crawford and Canelo can fight in May without Turkii and Crawford will make way more than Turkii is paying him now...

Also fk Turkii for asking Canelo to negotiate while Canelo is in camp and worse ask Canelo to give up his May 5th weekend.. That not only belongs to Canelo but the Mexican, Mexican American, Latino, and American boxing community. Turkii thinks he can just come in and change our cultural holiday with his money. Fk off..

Also let Turkii and UFC compete with Canelo on on Sept 16 weekend.. They well see it won't affect Canelo's bottom line.

As long as they have oil. Have you seen how much soccer players are getting paid? It’s now the richest soccer league on planet earth.

so turki is butt hurt canelo wouldnt meet him in LA. hes in training camp and hes already rich, getting 30 million to fight bums, he doesnt care about the saudis demands.

turki wants crawford-canelo but we dont need that fight. crawford gets KO'd or embarrasses himself by fighting to survive like charlo.

if turki isnt going to make canelo-benavidez then this doesnt matter and i dont care about their **** measuring contest

Now, there goes the debunked theory that Turki Alalshikh no longer wanted the Canelo fight for Crawford based off his performance on Saturday night.

It was what I said it was all along. It was Canelo Alvarez who was holding up this potential fight.

Your excellency wanted the fight but Canelo did not by pricing himself out and Turki felt both disrespected and insulted by it.
