Bud couldn't really hurt a 154lb fighter, Canelo would not respect anything Bud throws at him. Add to that Bud will bring carrying more weight than he ever has before. All things being equal, I would pick Bud but this is real life, not a video game and Canelo is too big and too good.Comment

In a perfect world where we are only basing on styles and techniques yes crawford beats canelo. But in the real world where size, power and chin are significant factors then nope he doesn’t.Floyd got mauled by Maidana but easily beat Pac and young Nelo. Why? Styles.
Madrimov has some of the best legs I’ve ever seen, he’s like a bigger Porter. Canelo has stationary cement feet, he’s a stationary target like a bigger Spence.
At 168 Bud won’t KO Nelo but he will easily pot-shot and outbox a stationary guy like him.
When that fight happens, bet with every Mexican you can find and come back to this thread and thank me, lol.
crawford is just hittable for me, not just in madrimov but a lot of his fights.. from 135-147lb he always been receiving and giving, but he always outgives his opponents, he’s the stronger dude, the more durable dude.. against canelo he just won’t be..
you need to be a defensive genius and a speed menace to overcome that kind of deficit in size and power, something i don’t think crawford is at the lower weights, and he certainly won’t be at 168lbs.
crawford’s technicality and knockout power are what makes him dangerous.. what happens when the latter don’t matter as much? In the madrimov fight he didn’t buckle him a bit that’s what madrimov was never intimidated.. nelo has one of the best chins out there.
i don’t think crawford is even beats mungia.Comment

I think he would out box Canelo for a few rounds, but that big increase in power and intensity would break TC down, he doesn't move like Floyd he is planted to punch with power, yeah he moves well but not that well and he always engages when he gets hit and Canelo would force that, while having too much power.
From the Bomac and other interviews Ive seen they saw what we all saw and I think they are not too interested in Canelo other than for crazy moneyComment
