Madrimov has some of the best legs I’ve ever seen, he’s like a bigger Porter. Canelo has stationary cement feet, he’s a stationary target like a bigger Spence.

At 168 Bud won’t KO Nelo but he will easily pot-shot and outbox a stationary guy like him.

When that fight happens, bet with every Mexican you can find and come back to this thread and thank me, lol.
    Damn
People still call what Maidana did as something great.
What other options did he have ? He was by no means going to outbox May.
    All he did was swarm
May's arms and back of head were sore for a month
real raw real raw likes this.

I see no chance that happens. 168 is 2 divisions up. Crawford would be havier and slower than ever.

From the Bomac and other interviews Ive seen they saw what we all saw and I think they are not too interested in Canelo other than for crazy money
And Floyd fought Canelo at 152. Crawford would have to fight a 168 monster.

Power was NEVER May's go to strategy
And trying to beat him with power was just as frivolous
To beat May, one had to be smarter
Or make damn sure he is the worst version of himself.

We need to see Bud fight someone at 160 1st.
            I know
He's 36 and doesn't have time for all of that

That wasnt the the point being made, which is TC doesnt have the footspeed or the defense Floyd had so he has no chance of staying away from a bigger stronger Canelo over 12, don't forget Khan took rounds of him Im sure TC will for awhile.

As with any fight, they have to fight to know who wins. Of course there's a underdog and a favourite

Stylistically Israil Madrimov looked like a straight forward fighter to beat? A fighter who Floyd Mayweather Junior at his peak or just outside 'Would of beaten easily 12-0 in a distance fight'.

Certain folk are bringing up fights that Floyd Mayweather Junior had against Marcos Madiana 'Mayweather was miles outside of his peak in those two fights. It was those two fights were Mayweather Junior himself acknowledged that his game had decreased'.

When Floyd Mayweather Junior fought Canelo Alvarez, that was one of his last great performance's 'But even still that version of Mayweather, was not at his peak. The version of Floyd Mayweather Junior who fought Oscar De La Hoya in my opinion, would of been able to exploit the lacking of gears in Canelo Alvarez's game more and force a stoppage'.

Terrence Crawford is a great fighter, within his era of boxing 'But Terrence Crawford's era of boxing, has not really been a all-time great era in terms of ability'.

The Welter Weight Division in the late 90's all throughout the 2000's and towards the mid 2010's 'That Welter Weight Boxing era, was one of the greatest since the 1980's'.

People need to ask themselves the question? Would Ronald Winky Wright and Sugar Shane Mosley of beaten Israil Madrimov? The answer is in my opinion YES, those are just two of the fighters here that I would back to beat up and knock out Israil Madrimov.

Terrence Crawford's win vs Israil Madrimov is a great victory, it proves that he is a great fighter 'And one of the best of his generation. But it also unearths that he is not quite at the level of Floyd Mayweather Junior or Manny Pacquiao in terms of ability'.

Boxing is a competitive sport, and in the professional ranks 'Match making is a skill, which great promoters have. Israil Madrimov was a live fighter against Terrence Crawford, but he was clearly matched in this fight because stylistically he should of been a easier fight for Crawford'.

Canelo Alvarez actually has way more experience than Terrence Crawford fighting against elite level fighters 'Alvarez has fought multiple fighters in my opinion, that people would back even outside of their peak to really push Crawford. Miguel Cotto, Shane Mosely those two fighters and the versions that Alvarez fought? Would most likely beat all the opponent's on Terrence Crawford's resume to date'.

Note:The version of Kell Brook and Errol Spence Junior who Terrence Crawford fought, I don't think they they were more dangerous and formidable than Miguel Cotto or Sugar Shane Mosely.

Although Canelo Alvarez's experience in boxing, has not always been about winning 'The fact he entered into the Welter Weight Divisions, in the latter stages of a great boxing era. That type of experience and competition, has actually benefited him and boasted his longevity in the game'.

I believe that Canelo Alvarez right now as we speak, would beat Terrence Crawford 'But understand? That the match up and challenge for Crawford is still a great fight to pursue'.

To conclude: It is not a forgone conclusion that Canelo Alavarez at this stage of his career, beats Terrence Crawford 'But after Crawford's last performance, Alvarez is a substantial favourite to win'.

Before Terrence Crawford vs Israil Madrimov, people were comparing Terrence Crawford's ability and style to Floyd Mayweather Junior's. It is clear to me that Terrence Crawford for sure is a great fighter, and one of the best of his generation. But overall in terms of pure ability he is a solid level below Floyd Mayweather Junior, whether that be at his absolute peak or just outside his peak as a fighter etc.

is crawford really going to let his hands go when he feels canelo's power?

he was gunshy last saturday and madrimov is 2 divisions lower and hits way less than canelo, yet crawford almost lost the fight because of being overly cautious for the first 10 rounds.

bivol is a naturally larger guy who been in there with guys that hit way harder than canelo, he is not afraid of canelo's power. hes also younger than crawford with the stamina and style of constant movement. crawford doesnt really move all night, that isnt his style, he likes to stay put and counter. canelo will be walking to him.
