Crawford barely won many felt he lost and today his zealots are in “defender” mode lol. Just think about it. Madrimov is not as good as Ortiz/tyszu/fundora. Especially Ortiz. This doesn’t take anything away from Crawford like his fans seem to think. It just means that hey guess what..other fighters are pretty good too at 154. Crawford fans take anyone saying that any possible Crawford opponents are good and might have a chance to win as personal insults it’s so weird
It means that Crawford probably doesn"t belong to 154.

Did you forget about when Brian Mendoza knocked Fundora out?

He couldn't beat Tszyu, Bohachuk, Ramos, or Gomez but he iced Fundora. At this point Fundora's entire career is based off winning a fight against Tszyu that hinged primarily on an accidental elbow opening up a gruesome cut.

We'll find out just how good Ortiz is next week.

He's still a fantastic, cerebral boxer, don't get me wrong. But for those who suggested that Bud could beat a prime Mayweather, well, no.

The likes of Leonard, Hearns and Whitaker were higher level.

He's still one of the best though.
Nail on the head right here.

Prime Mayweather also had tough, close fights with Castillo, Maidana and Oscar. Does not mean he is not an all time great. You cannot dominate all styles all the time. Bud found a way to win against an opponent with a difficult style. He had to step on the gas in rounds 10, 11 and 12 to secure the victory which makes him a great fighter who can find an extra gear when it is needed.

Very true. Fundora will loose his next fight pretty much against anyone he is matched with. Her just needs a good payday to sell his titles and we will never hear his name again.

If ya don’t then you’ll know lol. Vergil is real deal i really don’t see anyone beating this kid anytime soon if he’s back to 100%. His jab is the best in the game imo. Just a power piston and he works off it like no one I’ve ever seen even better than de la Hoya back in the day. Turki knows the fight at 154 to make is Ortiz vs crawford that fight would be AMAZING.

cmon man it’s boxing and Mendoza is the hardest puncher @154. That was literally the definition of punchers chance KO. Mendoza lost every second of that fight till he landed that punch. People that detract from fundora only have that one punch to back their thesis without looking at the rest of that fight or the rest of his career. The dude is legit and not some paper champ. There’s no chance Madrimov would demolish him. He might beat him. But it would be a very competitive fight and fundora would do very well it would be foolish to write him off. 154 is probably the best most talented division in boxing atm. That and 175 with the additions of morrel jr and benevidez jr to that division

Huh? He lost round 10 clearly. I agree he swept 11 and 12 the championship rounds but he clearly lost round 10 smh. This is why I can’t take bud zealots seriously you sound worse than Porter last night lol
