What did I just describe to you is how was at the time Floyd beat the #1 and #2 at the time, but by no way there were the toughest at the weight class. Read it again or it didn't happen that way? And by the way, some lineal champs do retire and a new lineal champ is appointed from that point after with the achievements on the ring. Most recent when Lenox Lewis retired.
