Not sure it was shocking to anyone. 3/4 of this forum called it pre fight. Anderson was always a massive hypejob with an arrogant attitude. A past it old Charles Martin, who in his prime was tier below the good fighters, had him knocked him out and Anderson was saved by the bell.

Anderson is just a physically strong athletic guy who can box some. He beats tomato cans and cab drivers because of that. But he honestly never even looked like a big prospect to me. Hopefully we never have to hear "the next great heavyweight" BS connected with his name again.

I agree....Anderson is just another dude who was pushed to the public by being an American HW with some athleticism in a drought of HW fighters in Stateside.

Jared has skills and this guy will see there's levels to this boxing same as when Crawford faced Spence they were on two different levels so the power and strength goes out the window when a person on another level. I'm just glad Bakole willing to step up talk trash and take a chance because many won't against Anderson. I only see Jared with defensive lapses at times other than that, he's the most gifted heavyweight talent wise in years. Legs, speed, switch hitting, upper body slickness & solid power also.

        guarantee this clown stays quiet.

And to think I thought he should fight another rising star in Richard Torrez Jr, Lol!

Some fans said Bakole was too slow. Thats ridiculous to say when a guy has among the highest punch rates for a heavyweight in ages. Saw this coming by how Jared pulls straight back and lets his head spin from a punch like it is on a turnbuckle.

This has good to be the weakest era for American heavyweights ever, what happened did they all go to football and basketball?

Oh man, Torrez would absolutely obliterate Anderson. That is the kind of guy they have been keeping Anderson far away from. They thought Anderson was too fast for Bakole, but they found out brutally tonight where Jared's ceiling really is.

This win was no surprise. I wrote many times that Bakole will overrun him. Jared fought back very bravely but against this massive power of Bakole you have no chance.

next fight for Bakole has be a bigger one. He deserves it

This is no surprise. The only reason Anderson was top 10 by the Ring was his nationality and undefeated status. And many of us said that fighting late replacement Marrin was almost too big step up for him.

He is just not top 10 lol.
