  • I really enjoyed this PPV. Well worth the $80. I feel like there really was no controversy in this card. Especially the main event, good fight, close fight, scores were close. It was a good all around card. Boxing won.

And let's stop with this Canelo circus fight. Crawford has no business fighting above 154.
He could easily grab a belt at 160. I said before the fight Madrimov was his hardest opponent of his career. 160 is Janibek picking apart a wasteland. Who even knows how good he is.

Same. I could do without the concert. Also fight should start 1100pm est.

Seems doubtful he'll go to 160 next but I could easily see him beating the Danny G v Lara winner for a strap.

Best bet is to stay at 154 and challenge the Fundora v Spence winner. Crawford has the WBA strap, the WBO interim strap which will be upgraded to a full title soon, and he just won a WBC final eliminator which makes him the mandatory challenger to Fundora/Spence. So his next fight should be a 3 belt unification and then he's just a Murtazaliev fight away from undisputed.

Lol the Morrell & Ruiz-Miller scorecards feel different

Yeah, I didn’t care about that either. But the matches were not a let down. I feel like pretty much every fighter performed. Some better than others. Even had a couple of upsets. Anderson and Pitbull lost. The right men won on the cards. It’s so weird to see this happen in boxing. A card with no controversy. Eddie was mad at the 116-112 card but the 115-113 x2 showed that Madrimov indeed lost the fight in the championship rounds as most fans saw.

                Ruiz-Miller was close.

I didn’t watch the Morrell fight entirely, started watching late but yeah, Morrell didn’t look good from what I saw.

Also because Madrimov is the bigger/stronger fighter he has ever fought. Madrimov is good but not that good. I think Tszyu is better than him personnally.

Crawford can beat 41-year-old Lara. I dont see him beating Adames and Janibek. Imagine the size difference with someone like Sheeraz. Crawford would become a safety first fighter at that weight and I'm not particularly interested in that version of him.

                    • We literally just watched one of Bud's last 2-3 fights

Kind of sad/scary to think about
