I'd love to see the fight , if they're smart , they'll pick up all of the belts at 175 between them and then fight for Undisputed since that always sells . This is one that I don't mind seeing marinate a year or two. I don't think that either one is going to get knocked off between now and then. In the meantime , build yourselves up with the general public as much as possible. It would be a great fight , try to get the eyeballs on it that it deserves. These are two skilled and very exciting fighters.

Yeah , he didn't look so hot , he could have just had a bad night , over trained , under trained , etc, etc. That definitely wasn't the usual Benavidez but I don't think that the problem was an extra seven pounds. If he looks like that in his next fight I'll have to reevaluate my take.

Imo it is the 7 pounds
His power didn’t carry , got hit a bunch ( not a good thing considering bigger fighters ) and just didn’t look right to my eyes

LOL Benavidez fans kill me. Marinate for what? It’s been marinated and it’s time Benavidez fight someone his age/size. No 37 year olds or fighters way smaller than him.
