I think Canelo problems with the Saudis is that they have the money to call out Canelo and his demands and then there's no excuses for Canelo left to make the fights people want. That said, Benavides is the guy Canelo doesn't want to fight not Crawford, if the Saudis want to shell out the Cash for Canelo to fight Crawford, he's going to take it all day. The only thing that would hold up this fight is the weight, Crawford has said that he's willing to go up all the way to 168, but I'm sure he will demand a rehydration clause and I don't think he's in any position to call that shot, so at the end of the day, is Crawford willing to take that fight with no weight restrictions? Because let's make one thing clear, it's Crawford barking for this fight not Canelo, there's weight divisions for a reason and if Crawford truly wants this fight, he's going to have to take it at the full weight with no restrictions. Ultimately because Crawford needs that fight more than Canelo it's going to be up to him if he risks it, and from Crawford past and not taking risks, do you really believe it will happen or it's just talk from Crawford to get his name in the News?alexoneness

And if he turns down Turki’s offer for the Crawford fight, Turki will have no problem telling the world how much he offered and make Canelo look bad as a guy who rather take less money to fight bums.
Checkmate, Turki on this one - no matter how boxing writers land Canelo’s sycophants try to spin it otherwise.

UFC 306 is already a colossal failure. The only reason Turki is involved is because White's already shelled out $16 million in overhead and can't afford it. It's costing them $1 million each day just to rehearse. Best part is, the most expensive show in UFC history is headlined by a bantamweight
This. is why boxing wins

While Crawford is trying to talk Canelo into fighting him, he’s decidedly uninterested in fighting Jaron “Boots” Ennis, the younger boxer who needs a crack at Crawford to attempt to take his career to the next level.
While Benavidez hungers for a shot at Alvarez, he never seems to mention the name of David Morrell — who is also in action on the PPV card in Los Angeles this Saturday.
... Everyone is ducking someone, basically.
So true.
