People want to see him vs other elite competition. If he wins he elevates his popularity and pay.

I like Pitbull as a person and fighter but his begging has to stop. Lopez is the fight at 140

I didn't bother reading the article but what weight class is it going to be at? Another "catchweight" Tank style or just making Pitbull comeback to 135 while putting the belt on line?

Who else is there for him other than Isaac Cruz? I'm guessing he may sit it out and just wait for Stevenson. Boxers nowadays are okay with being inactive.

Stay focused on the task at hand! Beat Rayo, and do it in a dominant fashion!

That is how they are trying to sell this fight with the idea that maybe they can get a second pay day with G.Davis ............. really ? Like Cruz said "that is rich" yep help him get richer then the current fight he is distancing himself already.

Right now boxing is pathetic and it makes me sad. Aside from Bivol/Beterbiev and Fury/Usyk, we have no fights right now where there are big risks on the cards for the biggest fighters.
We have had a few sporadic wins here and there, but it is pathetic right now.

I read an article that said Zepeda can’t be ready for the Bivol vs. Beterbiev card in October, but he could be ready in November/December. Shakur might still be in play. However if Pitbull dominates Rayo, I think he gets the rematch!

I think it would be treated like Davis/Santa Cruz: both WBA titles will be on the line, and the fight will be fought at the lower weight.

Hey casual, it seems that you donīt know Mexicans. Cruz would still have pressured, no matter what. Tank had a gift decision because of his race.
