Comments Thread For: 'Are you up for it, Tank?' December ideal for Isaac Cruz rematch

In December 2021, Isaac "Pitbull" Cruz stepped in with little more than a month's notice to accept the biggest fight of his life against Gervonta "Tank" Davis. Could a rematch be on the horizon?

Anybody else care that two fights ago he made it out by the skin of his teeth against a guy who Zepeda just demolished?

Ultimately, I see this fight happening. It’ll sell and it’s an opportunity for a statement KO for Tank.

Cruz has to get through his upcoming fight first.

Davis hurt his hand in the fight with Cruz. If Davis's hands holds up Cruz will get tagged more and won't be pressuring as much.

Tank fighting a guy he already beat vs unifying against Shakur ….. boxing is funny that way

I dont see a reason for the rematch with Cruz whom he beat with one hand, Id rather Shakur vs Davis to be honest.

Tank vs Shakur should be first. Tank beat Pitbull once.

Nothing new here. It's just Tank been Tank. Shakur is too risky at this point. Gotta wait him out same way he did Lomachenko. Sure nothing is final but of he swerves the only credible opponent for him now, I 'll hope his legions come for him same way you all bashed Loma for ducking him these past couple of weeks. Probably that may be asking for too much from you hypocrites

People need to understand Tank fight Nobody with a Chance. He waited for Loma to get Old and ducks a Young Shakur, even though Shakur is feather-fisted.

Tank and Canelo the Face Of Ducking. Can't believe they are the biggest sellers. They have the most suckers.

It’s just boxing’s business model being boxing’s business model. It makes no monetary sense to take a fight that is either a) risky, or b) against a guy from a different promotional banner, unless the opponent is a huge ppv draw. The only genuine huge ppv draws in the sport right now are Jake Paul and Ryan Garcia, maybe Anthony Joshua. Facts. It sucks, but maybe the saudis can fix it over time.

Let it go... on paper Tank beat Pitbull... and with one hand... He's not giving him a rematch... He doesn't have to... He's getting the Mayweather treatment... Casuals just want to see him lose...
