I felt Holyfield already beat Valuev and that he was robbed.

Lewis was the best of a bad bunch , the Tyson that Holyfield beat would of KO 'd Lewis , just as that bum Rahman did , he was over rated and boring to watch .
Yep with Lewis infront of him.

I like Holyfield and would've liked to see him get the decision against Valuev, but for me Lewis goes down in history as the better fighter and I feel he'd beat any version of Holy. Holy's record at heavyweight now stands at 24-10-2 and I don't think Lewis would accrue 10 losses even if he continued boxing till he was 50 and only fought guys in the top 10.

Speaking of hypotheticals, if Mercer upsets Rahman and then fights Holyfield, maybe one of the sanctioning bodies could find an excuse to strip one of the champs and have the winner of 48 yr old Mercer vs Holyfield become champ.

You're gonna get it for that one.

Watch someone post the punch stats from Vitali's loss to make themselves feel better..

I used to think this but a lot of people seem to think Hloyfield was unlucky in the second fight.

I still had Lennox winning both though.

I agree that the comment you quoted was over the top, IMO Evander is greater but Lennox is definitely in the same elite class as Evander.

What I don't agree with is Holyfield beign near-prime when Lewis beat him, Evander's prime ended back around the time he retired with the heart problem after the Moorer loss. He was quite past his best by the time he fought Lennox.
