  • Comments Thread For: Terence Crawford eyeing next level, Canelo Alvarez for test of greatness

Victory on Saturday would make Terence Crawford a four-division champion and allow him to join Saul Alvarez in rarefied air - and perhaps position him to even test his mettle against "Canelo."

Forget Canelo, he needs to fight Ennis or Vergil at 154.

Who ever is into Crawford vs Canelo is a casual.

It’s nice seeing Bud in this position after Haymon tried ruining him because he was the only threat to his 47 stable. Bud endured. F**** you Al. Better keep your guys far away from Top Rank fighters. IYKYK

Nel o got a bit more wear and tear, so it's a good fight for bud. Nel o can take buds zero, and a bumper payday for both.
Khan can fight nelo. Brook can fight ggg. So no reason why it can't happen.
Bud can jump from being one of the best pfp currently fighting. To being ATG.
Duran was a very good win for hagler. Bud will be a very good win for nelo

Crawford and everyone else are jumping the gun for sure. Crawford has never taken a solid punch from a bigger man. They should see how he responds to that first, before he and his team keep moving towards that freight train. Because best believe Canelo is going to hit him, and hit him like he’s never been hit before. He is the smaller guy and all the talent in the world may go out the window in that situation.

A cash cow not necessarily means the greatest opponent.

Why not. If Crawford can win a title at 154 then 160 then why not

                  ”Spence still ain’t fought.”

                  Neither has Crawford.

It’s nice to see him in this position after Bob Arum badmouthed him saying he lost money promoting him, and after he never let him become a star earlier by making a fight against Pacquiao.
