They say it's because of their kickboxing background.

nothing to do with kickboxing.

asians all have very big calves.

That my friends is what you call "RAW POWA" I much prefer thicker calves than chicken legs that look very sensitive (easy to break)

Well to tell you my friend. You can hardly see a kickboxing gym in the Philippines. You might be lucky if you do.. I haven't seen a kickboxing event going live on tv in the Philippines. So I really doubt what you have said.
