Although Berlanga is a arrogant jerk himself, I would like to see him pull off what would be considered one of the biggest upsets in boxing.
The thing is it wouldn't be the first time in boxing's storied history that a recognized future hall of fame boxer would lose to the proverbial underdog!

Hahahaha it's so hilarious that this is what their arguments have been reduced to. Five years ago they told us Dazn was taking over America and PPV was dead. Then last year they admitted that failed and now they were going to be kings of American PPV. Now that failed because no one has Dazn in America and the only way they can stay relevant is to hang on to PBC's coattails. They have to be the jr. partner on PBCd PPV shows with Mungia and Berlanga who are their fighters I might add. They've been telling us PBC is broke and can't afford to put on shows but now we see who is really broke. He'll the Aug 3rd Crawford card will be on ESPN+ in America not Dazn. Haha you can't make this shyte up mane.....doe!

Since when does a fighter determine that another fighter, a mandatory challenger to his title's no less, hasn't done anything to deserve a title shot?
Never! That's when! He just a fighter, he's supposed to defend his title against the #1 challenger once a year.
Ducking, and dodging Benavidez for 4 years as his mandatory, while picking, and choosing pretty much who he wants to fight.
The boxing organizations have allowed him to get away with breaking their own rules, in order to retain their sanctioning fee's.

A lack of cajones that was meant to read. Pbc has been an official entity since 2015, as with any promotion it will run its course and eventually cease to be an operation, as will top rank. What you have left is golden boy which ia a west coast based promotion that is clearly in decline itself and matchroom, an outfit run by a non American who wants so badly to be important in the usa, tied to an app that virtually no American sports fan has. The people who want it to succeed are those who are motivated by race or nationalism or both. The reality still sits at dazn having little to no exposure for the sport in the usa. The day boxing becomes a dazn only entity in the usa is truly the day it will fall from where it even is now.
