    Is Parker ( 35-2 ) the era's 3rd beat heavyweight?

Is Parker the era's 3rd beat heavyweight?

Top 5 wins in my opinion.

    1. Ruiz Jr. (27 yr)
    2. Zhang (40 )
    3. Wilder (38 )
    4. Takam ( 35 )
    5. Chisora (37 )

This is enough for 3rd in a down era for heavyweight boxing.

    1. Usyk
    2. Joshua
    3. Parker
    4. Fury
    5. TBA - not sure yet. Joyce?

There is no point having these kind of discussions until the era is over with as things change all the time just look Fury was 1st or 2nd until he lost to Usyk now he's 4th behind Joshua? if he beats Usyk then he will go back up so it will continue to move until they have all fought.

You are probably the only person who rates Parker above Fury.

I would say, a resounding no.

He lost to Dillian Whyte and Joe Joyce. Arguably lost to Ruiz and didn’t even look that dominate against Chisora who is terrible.

The question made me chuckle but i must admit i had to pause and think about it because parker has surely made a resurgence late in his career that has put him in the realm of this eras "sleeper" heavyweight.

He isn't 3rd beat. Many more than 2 were beat before him.

Also, are we talking 2020-2029 or 2021-2030?

Id think Zhang beats him in rematch. So id rate him below Zhang this snapshot in time

Every fight except for Usyk has lost. This era is of heavyweight boxing is over 2 years max. Just look at the ages of the fighters. Exepct for Parker all of the listed guys will be old. Parker is two years will be 34. I'm not saying Parker was great fighter but in this era I view him as 3rd.

I rate the drug cheat and fouler Fury fairly. He lost to John McDetmott by the way. Watch the fight on you tube.
