Joes wins over Parker and Dubois were very impressive and have aged well.
As for Del Boy, obviously hes had quite a few close fights not go his way with the judges. Personally I think he should have wins over Parker, Whyte and Helenius on his record. Hes fairly limited and was never truly elite, but that 35-13 record is extremely deceptive. You wont find many guys in boxing with a record like that who are as tough and game as he is. Hes a very good gatekeeper and a big personality.
