Zepeda can't get Berenchyk or Tank or Loma - he might as well try against Shakur

Oscar can get a 1 fight deal and a co-promote for a 2nd fight with Shakur,
    That’s my thinking exactly
I don’t think Zepeda will be able to cut the ring and he doesn’t have enough ring iq to adjust

It just show how unexciting Shakur really is. Let's be honest, being 3 divsion champion is not that special. Even Navarette is a 3 division champion and is more exciting than Shakur, yet he is not special.

Nobody of note is facing Shakur if they don't have to. High risk low reward fighter that even winning might make you look bad. The frustration that he causes inside and outside the ring is the most of any fighter at this moment.

He should become their mandatory so they will have to fight him. Wasn't he offer 25 percent to face Devin Haney?

He needs to take the short end of the stick untill he becomes an attraction. Keyword ATTRACTION. He doesn't bring in Money as Tank, Canelo, or Mayweather.

Mayweather was a garantee that the opponent would take an L, yet they will were willing to face him.

He should offer Zepeda 50 50 that way he faces him and has the opportunity to demonstrate how great he really is or how great he is not.

What will Shakur really do to Zepeda?

Run 100 laps and tire Zepeda out.

He won't be able to defend 1000 punches.

Oscar doesn't want to be Outbid and have another promotional company be fully in charge of the event. That's why he doesn't like the purse bid.

I agree that he has to take any high profile fight so he can get more exposure. He simply with all that talent can bring fans in because of his style.

It's odd that a #1 contender has to be coaxed into fighting the champion. Shakur is WBC champ and Zepeda is his mandatory. Stevenson shouldn't have to sign with Fishnets in order to get the Zepeda fight. If Zepeda doesn't take the fight, the WBC should remove him from its rankings, just like it does with all #1 contenders who turn down their mandated title shot.

Fishnets and Zepeda don't really want the Stevenson fight because they know that Willie likely gets washed and his value plummets. Zepeda is #1 in all four sanctioning bodies. Why get washed by Shakur for a sure loss when you can opt for Beranchyk in a very winnable fight?

Zepeda can draw a bigger crowd than Shakur, regardless of belts, in Shakur´s home country. Too bad there is a big disparity between the US and Mexican economy, otherwise Zepeda can easily draw an 80000 crowd in Mexico. Nobody likees to watch boring Shakur, looks like a dork too.

Shakur will run. He already showed his wiskers. He will run from anyone with decnet Power. His defense won't be able to keep up with the Volume of punches.

What is he going to do to Zepeda?
Get him tired of running after him.

Shakur is feather-fisted, he couldn't stop 130 pounders let alone 135 fghters.

Once it happens you will see. De Los Santos is waiting for the rematch. But Shakur is still with his tail between his legs.

Zepeda wins nothing by fighting Beranshyk. If DAZN wants it it will happen.

                      Oscar had Linares fight Loma
                      He had Zurdo fight Bivol
He had Ryan fight supposed master boxer Haney
                      He had Mungia fight Canelo

The track record is there. Even in Oscar career he never ducked anyone.
