I wouldn't pay a dime to see Shakur fight, let alone $130.
I would love to see Zepeda beat Shakur. It would be a double triumph for Zepeda as he would gain a belt AND overcome Shakur's defensive skills.

After Bobby and Stevenson decided to low ball Zepeda. GB came back with a counter offer and Stevenson ran away just like he does inside the ring. Dan Rafael wrote a whole article on this, you should check it out, it clearly shows Shakur has no desire in taking this fight and he will probably vacate and I'll look for you when that happens....

I'm looking forward to seeing what happens with this. Shakur is totally boring to me most of the time, but when he fights better fighters - like Valdez, Herring - the fights are pretty good. Zepeda on the other handy is always entertaining. So, I hope this fight happens as I expect it will be a good fight. Word is that Zepeda has ducked Skakur previously. I don't know if I believe that. But, if Zepeda backs out then we'll know for sure. I can also see a scenario where Shakur drops the belt to move up to 140 citing the purse bid winner isn't giving him enough $. Purse bids will show EXACTLY what he's worth. Personally, I expect Shakur to get a deal from somewhere (probably Matchroom or GB) and avoid the purse bid and the fight to actually take place.

It would be sweet if we got these fights at 135 this fall:

Shakur vs Zepeda
Tank vs Loma
Berinchyk vs Keyshawn

and a bonus would be:
