When i read the part where is said that Zepeda will only fight him if he signs with goldenboy summed it all up. Hoya is a piece of shtt.

His value is moderate at the moment, in terms of box office.

If he gets a big name to fight and wins, then his stock will rise, whether he looks exciting in the ring or not.

Shakur is nothing close to what "Pretty boy" was back than at his age. The problem is that the kid want to become the "Money" version right from the start... things don't go that way. I still think that 15M for 5 fights was not so bad when we know how much Haney got offered last time

Ok explain to me how his stock will rise if he doesn’t look exciting in the ring ???
Isn’t his stock depreciating because he’s not exciting in the ring ???

Zepeda would be the 2nd or 3rd fight of any 3 fight deal if he went to GBP I think. He'd probably get Oscar Duarte or some garbage then maybe a fight with Zepeda and then Ryan if he agrees to move up for it.

Well another option is that Stevenson becomes a genuine "self promoted" fighter and counter offers GBP/Zepeda a guaranteed purse for the fight
