Shakur would not in my opinion, sign with a tr....annny (Oscar). I mean, come.on, Oscar wears fish net stocking, with heels, while posing in that classic old school stance with all his weight on the rear high heel, with his right palm facing outward, ready to parry jabs ... Jesus H. Christ!!

Best option is a three fight deal with pbc, 2 being with tank with the first fight being against a contender who comes to fight and actually tries to win

Well at least Oscar is finally being honest! Shakur has to sign with GBP to get Zepeda! GBP also has Schofield! Floyd has nothing for him at 135! Eddie doesn’t have anything of value at 135! GBP might be the best option?

This makes the most sense boxing wise and financially.

maybe it’s time you stop acting like a chick and let it go. That’s his private life so be it, shhh is old now and has been run to the ground. Talk boxing or gtfoh.

This is a good deal for all involved. Sign a short term contract, get two names out of the way should he win and then open himself back out to the market with some quality wins. Stevenson also seriously needs media training. He went from good kid to angry kid to shhh talker and the only one that worked was the smiley nice guy. Folks tend to forget boxing has a lot to do with personality. Weve seen tons of talent come and go ignored because they lacked charisma and personality. Rigo, grj, etc.

The “breaking news” that De La Hoya and Stevenson met is hysterical (if not pathetic). It’s a Zoom conference of idiots. The decision-makers on both sides of this fantasy weren’t “in the room.” Now, if the meeting included Prince, Dubin, and Pete Oliver (or Turki Alalshikh), it might be newsworthy. No one can deny Stevenson’s a talented boxer, BUT HE’S NOT AN ATTRACTION. There will come a day when Top Rank will breathe a sigh of relief that Stevenson went elsewhere.

I honestly think they like that fight for Zepeda. With Zepeda’s style and ethnicity, he actually has superstar potential. He could get to Stevenson and start beating him up.

It might be a smart business move to go with Oscar. Oscar makes fights. And if Shakur can secure a matchup with Zepeda, and win (which I think he can), Shakur can become Oscar's new golden boy.....and potentially lure Cruz, Haney, and Tank into money generating bouts.

He can make that Arum 15 million offer, an afterthought.
