I remember. Bob was right to assume Pacquiao still had a lot of fight left before he was ready to give him up to Bud. I suspect Pacquiao didn't think it was a winnable fight either.

Bob knows he can make bank off Loma for Davis. He's not going to squander it on Shakur unless he resigns.

Shakur style not very exciting so not worth as much as Tank or even the hapless Ryan.

Pacquiao wanted the fight! Bob said he didn’t want to see Pacquiao hurt. That’s the point here, is that Bob killed a career-defining fight to save Pacquiao at the expense of Bud’s career! Pacquiao continued to make big bank, while Crawford was fight washed up fighters! Crawford finally got outta there and got his big bag! Now he’s mentoring Shakur!

If you are an older fan, this is nothing new.

He did similar when he wouldn’t have him fight Raheem after he beat Morales, made Cotto and Margs CW, and the ultimate- giving Manny the Bradley trilogy by rigging the decision in the first fight.

He wouldn’t make Floyd v ODH. He allowed Ray to do that BS press conference and wait 5 yrs to fight Hagler. He stalled Walters out for a year before the Loma fight.

Bob prioritizes the guys that make him more money. Primary reason why his company has been so successful I suppose.

This guy is just like Crawford, where he thinks he's worth a lot but in reality, that's not the case. He might get a good paycheck with Tank but that will be a one time thing. As far as protecting fighters, it's funny, because that's what Bobby does, including Shakur himself, he's was protected just like Crawford was when he was with top rank. Fighting sub-par competition, picking up paper titles and the while the media and groupies go crazy....

petty stuff from shakur, i mean i presume loma is going to fight tank & earn a lot more money doing that than fighting shakur & the tank fight is a much better fight anyway, now if the tank fight cant be made for some reason then then shakur fight could be one to be made, no one wants to fight shakur & he is a part of that problem, hes going on and on about a loma fight when he had the haney fight in his hand and did ZERO then retired in a huff & gets all sensitive about his safety first style that leads to him HOME TOWN fans leaving his fights lol

Shakur DEFINITELY needs to learn from Bud on this one, otherwise, he'll keep being a p4p lockout.
I’m just telling you what Bob said PUBLICLY! It just shows disrespect to Crawford! We saw how that played out! So yeah, Bud is in Shakur’s ear now! J-Prince and Andre Ward too! His team won’t let him fall for the Okie-Doke! Keyshawn will be next!
